Senior Real Estate Development Analyst

A leading commercial property developer and asset manager require an experienced Senior Analyst.

The business develops, owns and manages industrial and logistics properties across Europe and the UK. It has a significant development pipeline that sits along side one of the largest operational portfolios in the market.

The Senior Analyst will be a key conduit between the Finance, Investment and Asset Management teams, providing financial analysis and appraisal to support decision making. The role would suit someone with strong excel modelling and development appraisal skills, understanding of company accounts, exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with the development team to prepare, update and review development appraisals including updating information on potential sales, cost tender returns and banking terms received.
  • Preparation of the 5-year financial forecast
  • Preparation of funding reports to equity and debt lenders as and when required.
  • Assisting on liaison with lawyers to put in place property finance documents.
  • Review and circulate legal documentation relating to joint venture and development management agreements with senior management and other stakeholders involved.
  • Keep track of actual spend versus budgeted spend on development deals done, Joint Ventures
  • On-going ad hoc tasks to assist the CFO and wider team on the day-to-day management of the business.
