We are seeking an Energy Consultant to join a leading boutique built environment consultancy in the heart of London.
Our client specialises in providing end-to-end support to a myriad of high-profile clientele, from leading private and public listed development companies, institutional investors, universities, national infrastructure providers and more.
In this role you will collaborate closely with our client's various stakeholders, developing concepts, reports and presenting them to clients.
Specific work deliverables expected to be project-managed and delivered by the consultant in this role will include:
- Planning Stage Entry & Sustainability Reports
- Net Zero Energy Strategies
- ESG Site Acquisition Reviews
- Simulation Modelling (TM52, TM59, TM54, TM63, Daylight)
- SAP & SBEM Energy Modelling
- BREAAM Support
Requirements:
- 6+ Years In an energy or sustainability role
- Expert Knowledge of energy & sustainability-related statutory legislation standards and drivers in the construction industry.
- NDEA or LCEA qualified.
- Exceptional regulatory and simulation modelling (e.g. DesignBuilder)
- Expert knowledge of BREEAM support reports
