We are seeking a Senior Sustainability Consultant to join a leading boutique built environment consultancy in the heart of London.
Our client specialises in providing end-to-end support to a myriad of high-profile clientele, from leading private and public listed development companies, institutional investors, universities, national infrastructure providers and more.
This role will focus on the delivery of BREEAM, from feasibility work and planning support through to certification alongside wider responsibilities covering work on energy modeling, LCA, sustainability & energy statements and net-zero strategies.
Requirements for this role:
- 3 to 5 years in a sustainability capacity
- Experience of working on BREAAM assessments through to certification
- Excellent, up-to-date awareness of all sustainable statutory legislation, standards and drives in the construction industry.
- UK Driving License
