Senior Sustainability Consultant

This is the exciting opportunity for an experienced Sustainability Consultant to join an independent sustainability and engineering consultancy in their London offices. The successful candidate will be taking the lead on delivering projects, developing sustainability statements for planning, and undertaking post occupancy evaluation of projects.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Produce Sustainability strategies to help clients achieve sustainability targets
  • Take the lead on project delivery of BREEAM, LEED, and WELL assessments
  • Work alongside clients and design teams to review progression against sustainability briefs
  • Coordinate Sustainability strategies and services for projects, planning application support, and develop sustainability statements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Relevant degree within an environmental, engineering, or architectural field with a minimum of 4 years' experience within a sustainability role
  • WELL Assessor certification and experience carrying out BREEAM, WELL, and LEED Assessments for early stages of building certification
  • Previous experience within a client facing role and delivering sustainability strategies and reports
  • Good understanding of legislations for sustainable buildings and building energy in the UK
