Luxury events experience is essential for this role, and is an exciting opportunity for a Driven and experienced Sous Chef.
Requirements:
- Proven Sous chef or Senior Sous chef experience in Luxury events
- Passion for high-end cuisine
- Strong Knowledge of modern cooking techniques
- Experienced in Kitchen management and financials
