- Registration set-up and management, coordination with internal stakeholders on delivery specifications, and day-of execution
- Train program partners on virtual event technology, Conference processes and resources
- Identify and create new ways to engage with audiences virtually to enhance the customer experience
- Seek and determine new operational efficiencies to drive further scale across large volume of virtual events
- Liaise with global conferences teams on process changes and improvements across the team
- Perform special projects to further virtual event product and workflow
- Maintain timelines and tasks necessary to ensure successful delivery of conferences
- Answer FAQs and escalate when needed
- Aiding team leaders in preparation
- Travel to conferences and provide on-site support as needed
- Degree Educated with a Minimum 2+ years of professional work experience
- Possess amazing organisational skills
- Have the ability to multitask and prioritise projects under high-volume
- Proficiency in using Microsoft applications and virtual event delivery platforms
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
