With offices on five continents, our client has grown to become the industry leader in planning, delivering, and managing conferences, tradeshows, workshops, seminars and more. They currently have an exciting opportunity for a defence-experienced Senior Conference Producer to join their cohesive and high-performing team. This exciting Senior Conference Producer role comes with:

A salary circa 45-55k

As a Senior Conference Producer, you will:

Develop a growth-oriented product strategy and vision for physical defence related events
Manage and increase event gross profit
Research, coordinate, and deliver high-quality conference programs
Act as the lead Project Manager for each conference/event
Drive innovation and launch new defence-focused products
Create project plans for the creation and delivery of each conference/event
Structure conference/event programs to enhance interaction and sharing
Drive event narrative, identify speakers, and industry experts
Deliver in-person and on-site support (domestic and international travel)

The ideal Senior Conference Producer will possess the following skills, traits, and experience:

A 2:1 Research-based degree
3+ years of experience in defence-based conference production
Strong research and project management skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proactive, engaging, and professional attitude
Willingness to learn and freedom to travel
Intellectually curious
Effective collaboration skills
