Successful multi-site wine bar and restaurant operator in London, with a rich history of service excellence and quality, is searching for vibrant, professional & engaging Management Team Members to join our team and help us drive forward this family business.
Our Bars and Dining rooms each have their own unique character and style, ranging from modern bars to traditional wine houses and we are currently looking for Assistant Managers who have passion and foresight and want to help us take our business forward within the West end and City.
We are looking to recruit individuals who share our love for great wines, fresh food and in giving customers an excellent service led experience.
Assistant Manager Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in providing strong inspirational leadership to the team.
- The achievement of all financial targets set by the company
- Assisting to control and manage all aspects of the business to Company standard ensuring strict adherence to the Company Principle.
- To assist in the recruitment and to help train the team effectively
- To actively promote the company business aims, aspirations and standards.
- To ensure the business remains a safe and hygienic environment for both the team and customers alike
The Person
The successful candidate will have
- Experience at a similar level with a proven track record of success.
- A keen eye for details with the ability to develop/drive high standards within the team.
- Experience with fresh food operations and a wet let background
- Complete understanding of the legislative requirements for this type of business.
- The ability to run a tight ship, whilst ensuring their team feels a part of the Davy tradition in delivering great service.
