Description

As an Executive Assistant you will be:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and preparing itineraries.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Organise and maintain filing systems to ensure easy access to key documents.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating events or meetings, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively.
  • Proactively identify ways to improve administrative processes and increase efficiency.

Profile

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • Proven experience in providing administrative support to senior executives in a corporate environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Job Offer
