Introduction
We are working with a Private Equity company who are looking for a high level executive / personal assistant to work with the Chairman & CEO. This role, and all the staff work on a contractor basis and whilst this is a full time permanent position, you would NOT be on company payroll.
Responsibilities
路Direct report - Chairman and CEO
路Excellent organisational skills
路Trustworthy, flexible, reliable, able to keep information strictly confidential
路Ability to work in a team
路Excellent communication skills on an internal and external level
路Friendliness, high service orientation, even under time pressure
路High level of initiative and professionalism
路Travel with Chairman and CEO and or Vice-Chairwoman and CMO on an ad hoc basis if and when required
路Independently taking on administrative and organisational tasks for the team in London
路Planning and preparation of client meetings and conferences
路Participation in management team meetings, preparation of meeting minutes
路Ad hoc tasks include and are not limited to client relations and relationship management, scheduling and data management
路Organisation of all travel activities (visas, flight bookings)
路Coordination of appointments
路Maintain firmwide systems and processes
路Present yourself impeccably to reflect Uniquity鈥檚 clients who are both UK based and will be visiting globally from time to time
路Any other reasonable tasks required by the management team and wider business
Benefits
路Salary - circa 拢80,000 per annum/depending on experience.
路Discretionary target performance bonus - 10% of salary
路Full expenses package (to be pre-agreed in accordance with HR)
路Settling in period - 3 months
