Executive Assistant - London / Hybrid / £32k + Bonus OTE £40k+

I am working with a luxury brand and they are looking for a executive assistant to join their team. In this role, you will be working closely with their assistants providing the necessary support for them to deliver a seamless service to their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide essential support to the team in the UK and the US, assisting with administrative tasks and ensuring their duties run smoothly.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for operators, airports, and FBOs, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made and promptly resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Take charge of organizing catering and ground transportation for the clients, ensuring their specific preferences and expectations are met.
  • Assist in maintaining and optimizing the company's CRM system under the guidance of their CRM Lead, including the accurate upkeep of data and records.
  • Help the team with their monthly mailings to their designated client list.
  • Be available for on-call duties on a rotational basis over your designated weekend to assist the team as required.
  • Aid in preparing necessary documents, contracts, and permits, ensuring compliance with the regulations and company standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years in a comparable support role, preferably three or more.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage tasks efficiently, handle pressure, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong skills in MS Office suite and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
