Executive AssistantPermanent London/Hybrid £50-60,000 + BonusNetwork HR have partnered exclusively with a global financial services firm, based in central London for the hire of an experienced Executive Assistant. The successful EA will assist with the efficient running of the CEO’s office. The successful EA will provide first class administrative & coordination services whilst being a confident, personable external ambassador for the business. You will have excellent time/organisation management skills and be able to organise a heavy schedule accordingly. Other responsibilities will include:
  • Managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the CEO’s office and overseeing various administrative responsibilities.
  • Manage calendar and anticipate on the exec’s schedule.
  • Managing and preparing all correspondence, agendas, meeting documents, reports and presentations in English.
  • Responding to information requests, preparing the necessary documentation and ensuring follow up actions.
  • Overseeing and performing clerical duties such as reviewing and filtering all incoming and outgoing correspondence and calls, making travel arrangements and maintaining files.
  • Screening communication (e.g., mail, phone calls) as directed by executive.
  • Overseeing and/or arranging special projects and events (i.e., travel, dinners, conferences, presentations).
  • Interacting with the Executive Committee, Supervisory Board members, Company Secretary etc.
  • Attending internal and external events if required.
  • Understanding and keeping up to date with the business’ organisation structure, policies, goals and objectives.

  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to effectively prioritise time and work.
  • Possesses qualities as discretion, diplomacy, sound judgment and the ability to solve problems independently.
  • Accuracy and close attention to detail with high levels of thoroughness.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service – you are willing to go the extra mile to help win and maintain clients and help the business succeed.
  • High levels of initiative, flexibility and responsiveness.
  • Time management skills to prioritise and plan work activities
  • Tact and assertiveness are required as a gatekeeper of the CEO’s diary.
