Our client is a leading global investment management firm and they are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team. In response to rapid growth, the firm seeks to hire an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership with organisational and administrative tasks. This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.WHAT YOU WILL DO 
  • Serve as the primary contact for C-Suite level executives.
  • Manage diaries for multiple senior leaders, providing regular and occasional support as required.
  • Organise and schedule internal and external meetings, manage meeting content, and ensure effective information flow to senior leaders and the wider team.
  • Compile and distribute meeting packs efficiently.
  • Develop presentation materials and oversee new initiatives as needed.
  • Work alongside another Executive Assistant to ensure smooth operations for the leadership team.
WHO YOU ARE
  • At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and efficient in completing tasks.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities, with experience liaising with internal and external parties.
  • Collaborative and open-minded work ethic.
