Executive Assistant, Permanent, circa £50,000, Full-Time 9am - 6pm, Soho-Based, Hybrid (Tuesday to Friday onsite).

A newly formed Media Production house in central London is looking for a high-calibre Executive Assistant to support their Senior Management team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced career EA/PA who can meet the challenge of a multi-faceted role that incorporates Board level / CEO and Senior Management support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The CEO (proactive and strategic EA support)
  • The Head of Acquisition/Finance and General Counsel (focused on complex scheduling and administration)
  • Operational support – take ownership of office management, including HR coordination, IT service oversight, and general operations.

Ideally you will have a work history that demonstrates:

  • Complex calendar management and meeting scheduling across multiple time zones
  • Preparing high-quality board packs and materials for senior meetings
  • Acting as a gatekeeper and enabler to help leadership operate at pace
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and discretion
  • Overseeing the smooth running of an office
  • A proven track record as a career Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
  • Comfortable supporting C-level leadership and working across multiple priorities
  • Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused

Experience or understanding of the media, entertainment, or creative industries is a bonus, but not essential

The role is offered with a 5% pension, and private health cover. Anticipated start date in mid September 2025.
