Fantastic opportunity for an Executive Assistant who has worked in either Mergers and Acquisitions or Private Equity to join a financial services firm in the City, providing Executive Assistant support to 7 MDs and 10 junior Bankers.
Salary: £60,000 - £63,000 (depending on experience) 25 days holiday, pension and benefits including medical, dental and life insurance and a discretionary bonus
Hybrid working: 4 days working in the office and 1 from home (every third Friday working in the office)
Location: City! Amazing modern offices, great culture!
Hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Executive Assistant duties:
- Extensive diary management for all 7 MDs, arranging both internal and external meetings, audio/video calls and producing any paperwork needed for their meetings.
- Arranging global travel arrangements, producing comprehensive travel itineraries
- First point of contact for the team screening all calls
- Producing and amending PowerPoint presentations
- Proof reading and formatting documents
- Liaising with clients and their Assistants
- Processing expenses
- Organising events
- Meeting and greeting clients at reception
- Administration duties including project administration, printing and binding presentations, photocopying and scanning
- Opening and distributing post to the team
- Handling confidential information
- Providing cover for other EA during times of annual leave
The successful candidate for this role will:
- Have previously worked as an Executive Assistant or PA supporting more than one individual.
- Have previously worked within Mergers and Acquisitions/M&A or Private Equity
- Have managed very busy diaries.
- Have booked lots of international travel.
- Be used to working in a fast-paced environment.
- Be proactive with excellent organisational skills, multi-tasking and prioritising skills.
- Be calm under pressure.
- Have excellent written skills and strong attention to detail.
- Be a great team player.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Be able to work on your own initiative.
- Have good MS Office skills – Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
