Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Green Park, London (fully in office)
Pay: £24-27phr
Duration: Temporary 3 months
Hours/Days: Monday - Friday 9am-6pm

- Providing high-level administrative support to the Founder
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organising travel arrangements
- Drafting correspondence and creating presentations with flair
- Coordinating events and engaging with high-profile clients
- Keeping the office running smoothly with impeccable organisation
Experience/Skills:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in luxury hospitality
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Strong organisational abilities with keen attention to detail
- A proactive approach and the ability to anticipate needs
