They are now seeking a Guest Relationship Assistant—a personable, professional, and proactive individual who will be the welcoming face of their London centre.

This role is far more than greeting visitors. You will be at the heart of daily operations, ensuring that every client and guest enjoys a seamless, first-class experience. From supporting office set-ups to organising events, no two days will be the same. You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager, contributing to an environment where service quality is second to none.

Role Highlights:

  • Be the first point of contact for clients and guests, delivering exceptional service every time
  • Coordinate and assist with daily operational and administrative tasks
  • Manage the process for client move-ins, move-outs, and workspace adjustments
  • Contribute ideas for layout, presentation, and functionality improvements
  • Organise and help deliver events to foster a sense of community
  • Ensure the centre is always immaculate and welcoming
