Job Title: Legal Personal Assistant (Legal PA)  TEMPORARY £20 PER HOUR Company: Our client is a reputable legal firm with a strong focus on legal excellence. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Legal PA to join our team on a temporary basis while we search for a permanent candidate. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with legal professionals and contribute to the smooth functioning of our legal department.Position Overview: As a Legal PA, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team. Your responsibilities will include diary management, administrative tasks, and assisting with various legal matters. The successful candidate must have prior legal PA experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.Responsibilities:
  • Diary Management: Efficiently manage the calendars of four key individuals, including the Group Legal Counsel. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Administrative Support: Handle general administrative duties, such as preparing documents, managing expenses, and creating PowerPoint presentations.
  • Legal Background: Previous experience supporting legal professionals, ideally including work with a Director in a legal context.
  • International Travel: Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and visas for international trips.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of legal terminology and processes is advantageous.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Group Legal Counsel, Company Secretary, risk and compliance teams, and other legal professionals.
  • Flexibility: Be available to work in the office five days a week during the initial training period. Afterward, adjust your schedule based on the needs of the team (minimum of three days a week).
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as a Legal PA or similar role.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Enthusiastic team player willing to contribute to the success of the legal department.
