- Diary Management: Efficiently manage the calendars of four key individuals, including the Group Legal Counsel. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Administrative Support: Handle general administrative duties, such as preparing documents, managing expenses, and creating PowerPoint presentations.
- Legal Background: Previous experience supporting legal professionals, ideally including work with a Director in a legal context.
- International Travel: Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and visas for international trips.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of legal terminology and processes is advantageous.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Group Legal Counsel, Company Secretary, risk and compliance teams, and other legal professionals.
- Flexibility: Be available to work in the office five days a week during the initial training period. Afterward, adjust your schedule based on the needs of the team (minimum of three days a week).
- Prior experience as a Legal PA or similar role.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
