- Provide day-to-day executive assistance to two senior leaders, including diary and inbox management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
- Act as a point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Support international teams within Acquinex with scheduling, communications, and project coordination.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as required.
- Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects to ensure smooth operations.
- Experience as a PA, EA, or strong administrator, ideally within financial services or a regulated industry.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard business tools.
