This is a varied, fast-paced role that requires outstanding organisational skills, strong written communication, and a calm, professional approach.Key Responsibilities:
  • Complex diary and inbox management for two senior figures
  • Drafting correspondence, reports, and meeting documentation
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders, committee members, donors, and external contacts
  • Servicing committee meetings: scheduling, logistics, agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
  • Managing expenses, contact databases, and supporting key events
  • Acting as a first point of contact and representing senior leaders with discretion
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in a senior EA or high-level administrative role
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented
  • Strong stakeholder management and a high level of discretion
  • Confident using Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and open to learning new systems
Desirable:
  • Interest or experience in arts, education, or fundraising
  • Familiarity with CRM or task management tools
