Key Responsibilities:
- Organising and preparing meetings, including diary management, note taking, minutes, and action tracking.
- Coordinating complex travel arrangements (domestic and international).
- Managing partner emails, correspondence, and communications.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as billing, timesheets, expenses, and client engagement processes.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and professional documents.
- Managing ad hoc projects and providing reception cover when required.
