Personal Assistant - London - Top 10 Accountancy Practice

We are seeking a proactive and professional Personal Assistant to support senior leaders in ensuring their effectiveness. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment with excellent career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organising and preparing meetings, including diary management, note taking, minutes, and action tracking.
  • Coordinating complex travel arrangements (domestic and international).
  • Managing partner emails, correspondence, and communications.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as billing, timesheets, expenses, and client engagement processes.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and professional documents.
  • Managing ad hoc projects and providing reception cover when required.
