We are seeking a highly experienced and diligent Personal Assistant to join this friendly and accomplished team working for a company in the North London area.

This position will require you to be all-hands-on-deck as well as providing and delivering an exceptional level of support to the Partners and Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

Day to Day of the role:

  • Manage and organise calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings and appointments for Partners and SLT.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as required by the Partners and SLT.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Assist with the organisation and execution of company events and meetings.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information and documents.
  • Act as a point of contact between the Partners, SLT, and internal/external clients.
  • Provide administrative support for various projects as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally from a Corporate environment.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other office productivity tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
