We are seeking a Personal Assistant to a CEO in a vibrant and innovative company in central London where team and collaboration are at the forefront. This is not your typical corporate PA role; they value individuality, initiative, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the right hand to the CEO, providing comprehensive business and personal support in a 50:50 split capacity.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation, with precision and efficiency.
  • Anticipate the needs of the CEO and take proactive measures to address them promptly.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Add your own flair to the role by suggesting improvements and implementing innovative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong background in travel booking.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proven ability to manage upwards, anticipate needs, and take initiative without constant supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact with individuals at all levels.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the willingness to take on new challenges.
  • A team player mentality, with a desire to contribute to the overall success of the company.
