This PA role offers an exciting opportunity to support the CEO and 3 other executives in a well-established Insurance company. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Secretarial & Business Support team, providing essential administrative support and ensuring smooth operations.

This role is initially based in Sevenoaks in Kent and then will move to London in September

Client Details

Our client is a reputable firm in the Insurance industry, this role is currently based in Sevenoaks Kent but will be relocating to London. They provide excellent services that have garnered them a loyal clientele.

Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and other C-Suite executives
  • Manage diaries, meetings and appointments
  • Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Handle confidential documents and information with discretion
  • Maintain an effective filing system
  • Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist with special projects as required

Profile

A successful PA should have:

  • 5 Years experience as a PA / EA
  • Experience within a Financial Services firm
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
