Key Responsibilities:路 Preparing legal documents and correspondence路 Assisting with lawyer billing and time entry路 Booking meetings and managing calendars路 Booking couriers and handling general office logistics路 Liaising with clients and internal staff across the firm路 Supporting project work and finance-related tasks路 Setting up and maintaining meeting rooms路 Providing ad hoc administrative support as needed

What we're looking for:路 Minimum of 2 years' continuous administration or junior PA experience in a law firm or professional services environment

路 Excellent client service skills

路 Flexible, reliable and approachable路 A proactive, can-do attitude and strong attention to detail

路 The ability to work at fast pace and to tight deadlines路 Excellent communication and organisational skills

路 Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 路 Someone who enjoys being the go-to person, efficient in their work, and brings a positive attitude
