A client of ours, a well-known Top 15 firm based in London is bolstering their Corporate Finance offering by recruiting for a Corporate Finance Manager within Transaction Services.
Their transactions pipeline is rapidly growing at the moment and they are interested in making this hire a progressive one, with a clear path to senior management in the future. For the ambitious, self-starter type, this is a perfect opportunity who is keen to take on a variety of transactions and have plenty of early responsibility.
Details of the role
- Working on transactions across a wide range of sectors
- This will include vendor, pre-acquisition and pre-investment due diligence, vendor assist, pre-lend reviews, and Reporting Accountant roles on IPOs
- Take project responsibility for individual DD projects, reporting directly into the Partner
- Preparation of engagement letters
- Setting up of client accounts and other general ad-hoc admin work
- Proactive participation in BD initiatives and events, liaising with the central marketing team as required
What you'll need to succeed
- You will be a fully qualified Accountant, either ACA or ACCA (or equivalent)
- You will have previous experience of corporate finance/transactions services
- Ideally, you will have initially trained within audit and moved over to CF
- Be a self-starter, proactive individual
- Be able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
