Corporate Finance Manager - Sponsorship considered

Jeffries Recruitment are seeking an ambitious and experienced Corporate Finance Manager to support our large London based client with the team’s continued growth. You will be leading on due diligence projects and support with continued business development, to win new business.

Client Details

Our client is a Top 20 firm based in London. This esteemed company is well-recognised for their quality services and commitment to client satisfaction. They boast a large & dedicated team of Corporate Finance professionals who consistently deliver top-tier results.

Responsibilities

  • Manage due diligence projects and teams to prepare a quality client deliverables.
  • Support junior team members, helping them with technical aspects and aiding their development.
  • Interpret and analyse financial and operational information including historical and projected trading, cash flow and balance sheets.
  • Identify key issues which may affect transaction value.
  • Identifying and quantifying potential risk areas that may need to be addressed as part of the deal structure.
  • Support the business development activities of the Bristol office and the Corporate Finance team.

Candidate profile

The successful candidate will have the following profile and experience.

  • ACA/ACCA Qualified.
  • Proven experience in a Corporate Finance and/or Transaction Services role.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
  • You are client-focused with an emphasis on quality, detail and accuracy.
  • You have the ability to see the bigger picture and thrive under pressure.
