The role

The Finance Business Partnering Manager will ensure an excellent and high performing business partnering offering across the charity by understanding the organisational needs, challenging budget holders and ensuring that the charity's strategic objectives are achieved. You will lead and develop a small team of Finance Business Partners.

What you will need to succeed

  • You will be an experienced Finance Business Partner with a track record of working with non finance stakeholders.
  • You will have experience of managing and developing a high performing team.
  • You will have experience in forming and maintaining relationships across organisations to ensure that finance is embedded in decision making.
  • Charity finance experience is highly desirable.
