Investigo are currently working with a Government organisation who require an interim finance business partner for a minimum of 6 months.

The Directorate Finance Business Partners are collectively responsible for preparing a multi-year, rolling budgeted delivery plan for the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on medium term financial planning and spending review activities for Directorate.
  • Manage monthly and quarterly processes to track in year and forecast performance,and support delivery against agreed financial plan.
  • Provide accurate and timely management information to budget holders to support effective decision making.
  • Provide financial input into relevant change proposals and ad hoc projects to support continuous improvement.
  • Maintain an up-to-date record of financial risk, priority spend opportunities and spend control levers for each Directorate.

Part or fully CCAB or CIMA qualification, previous public sector experience
