Absolute Recruit are supporting a fast growth start-up e-commerce business in their search for a Finance Manager. The business are VC-backed and have experienced huge growth over the last 12 months and are looking for a Finance Manager who can come in and oversee the month-end reporting process and support the Finance Director with system and process improvement projects as the business scales. This role will suit a newly qualified accountant with good knowledge of D2C retail/e-commerce.Key Responsibilities:

Management of the month-end process and production of monthly management accounts
Assist with the budgeting and forecasting process
Ensure processes and systems are in place as the business scales
Cashflow management, updating the business regularly on cash position
Oversee junior bookkeeper and manage outgoing payment runs
Assist the Finance Director with investor reporting

Key Requirements:

ACCA/ACA/CIMA Qualified
Good knowledge of D2C/Retail/E-commerce
Experience in an SME or start-up, having helped develop processes/systems
If candidates have used the system Xero previously this would be beneficial

Package:

£60,000 salary
Hybrid working flexibility
25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays off
