Finance Relationship Manager (Family Office)

£70,000-£85,000 per year (negotiable)

We are supporting our longstanding client in their search for a Finance Relationship Manager for their Single Family Office in Central London, with a salary on offer of £70,000-£85,000 per year.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing treasury and finance operations of the Family Office across their portfolio of trusts and entities in multiple jurisdictions.

Candidates for this role must have extensive experience working within corporate treasury and finance management, preferable in a Single Family Office or wealth management environment.

As Finance Relationship Manager, you will report directly to the Chief Finance Officer.

Main responsibilities:

  • Full management of multiple bank accounts globally and ensuring full compliance and meeting deadline requirements where required, including FX transactions, KYC,and FATCA/CRS compliance

  • Manage cash flow and FX management to mitigate risks and optimise liquidity

  • Managing upwards of 70 legal entities in multiple jurisdictions.

  • Managing upwards of 90 bank accounts in multiple jurisdictions.

  • Oversee cash flow modelling and forecasting of the Family Office and ensure all strategic planning has been done with risks and full mitigation considered

  • Ensure regulatory compliance with various banks, and ensure compliance with all of these

  • Handling monthly, quarterly and annual end processes, budgeting, and management reports

  • Producing treasury and financial reporting directly to the CFO and CEO

  • Provide fully researched and detailed private wealth management services

  • Collaborate with Legal and Finance departments on projects, when required

  • Credit Control and Accounts Payable duties

The ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, as well as professional qualification such as CFA, ACCA or ACA

  • Previous experience in treasury and finance management within a similar Single Family Office or financial institution

  • Extensive knowledge of financial regulations

  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate this to the CFO

  • Proficiency in account management software, preferably 1C

  • In depth knowledge of financial regulations, including KYC, FATCA/CRS and AML

  • Ability to speak Russian is preferred, but not essential
