Mandarin speaking Officer of Credit Risk Management Department- What You'll be Doing:

Credit Watch

  • Borrower on Credit Watch List has to perform loan review every month or every two months.
  • Collecting the borrower’s financial information, financial covenant compliance information, credit facility revision, credit facility amountand outstanding amount, updated rating change and stock price, industry information.
  • Analysing and review information above, included latest events, whether the requirements in the credit agreement are followed.
  • Create a credit evaluation report that includes analyzing the credit risk and reviewing the borrower’s background…etc.

Loan Credit Review

  • Filing those collected financial covenant compliance documents.
  • Reviewing the borrower’s case in accordance with the schedule reported to H.O. and update the schedule by adjusted review schedule monthly.
  • Generating annual loan review schedule for next following fiscal year.
  • Loan Review (2-4 times/per year) - Loan Review Report
  • Submitting Loan Review to H.O. Credit Department through H.O. online system.
  • Updating adjusted loan review schedule and prepare loan review monthly progress report through H.O. online system.
  • Submitting file memoranda, reports, and annual loan review schedule to Credit Management Department, H.O.

Risk Management Committee

  • Reporting the latest news of borrower who is on credit watch list.
  • Preparing Risk Management Committee meeting record.

Mandarin speaking Officer of Credit Risk Management Department - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Good written and verbal skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • IT skills for Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An ability to work unsupervised, good time management skills are essential.
  • Willing to learn and open mind for job rotation within the department.
