PROJECT CO-COORDINATOR Role Summary : You will have day to day responsibility for coordinating activities to deliver a key project for one of our clients, helping them on their journey to meet Net ZeroRole Description : Working in our Client's Net Zero team you will take responsibility for coordinating all the activities needed to complete a series of Energy Audits across a mix of portfolio funds and assets located in the UK. In this role you will be expected to work closely with client contacts, internal teams in ESG & property management and with the appointed energy audit consultants. The role includes but is not limited to;Maintaining and keeping up to date a project tracker of the work completed, to be completed, and in progress to deliver the energy auditsPlan your day and week based on the project activities and ensure these are delivered onTake responsibility for scheduling site visits and ensuring access to the sites is coordinated and approvedTake responsibility for ensuring data is requested and collected from on site teams, property managers etc to support the audit processEnsuring our Net Zero and third party consultants have the data they require to complete their auditsPrepare reports for Project lead to share with clients and or for review with the wider project team with simple traffic light reports to highlight areas and actions behind, needing focus and on trackPrevious ExperienceAn understanding of Energy Audits and managing these is preferred but not essentialand working in a commercial property environment and understand the principles of relationships between Landlord, Tenant, managing agents.Coordination of project work across multiple workstreams and deadlines and being able to succinctly track and report on progressSkillsGraduateMinimum 5 years experience working at project management/PA levelStructured and highly organisedDetail orientatedGood communicator verbally and written, able to provide simple key messagesData and analytical biasReport writing and presentation skillsProven experience with Excel & Powerpoint
