The key responsibilities of the Regional FBP are to translate strategic goals into financial plans, manage financial reporting and providing valuable financial insights to support business decisions and foster collaboration. To demonstrate leadership, manage and develop the team. The key to the role is to drive financial success and contribute to the strategy of the organisation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prove an ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights and recommendations
  • Manage, coach and develop direct reports (Finance Business Partner), ensuring clarity in the role and responsibilities
  • Set annual objectives aligned to strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify and refine plans and financial goals
  • Translate the organisation's overall strategy into actionable financial plans and assist with their communication to relevant stakeholders, including Business Managers and Sales Directors cohort
  • Assist in developing and implementing a bottom-up business plan
  • Generate and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports
  • Collaborate with senior management stakeholders, providing support and challenging assumptions
  • Lead budgeting and re-forecasting process
  • Conduct ad-hoc scenario planning, produce and communicate regional competitor and market insights
  • Review monthly accounts and variance analysis
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and collaborate with business units
  • Provide financial analysis and investment appraisals
  • Provide control and governance to commercial opportunities with a view on cash outlay
  • Collaborate with the wider regional finance team in providing insight

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Experience within Staffing or Professional Services is highly desirable
  • Prior Experience in a similar role within a global organisation
  • Experience working collaboratively with senior stakeholder and in a cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrates an advancedunderstanding of sales commercials and the impact on financial indicators
  • Experience with UK Tax desirable, not essential
  • Comfortable working with qualitative and quantitative data

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA equivalent) or Qualified by Experience essential
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or related field desirable
