Senior Credit Control Manager

Summary:

A very ambitious and growing Financial Services client of ours is seeking a highly experienced Senior Credit Control Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

Duties:

• Ownership of customers across multiple regions
• Management of a team in the UK and an Outsourced team
• Systems and Process Improvement
• Chasing and reducing outstanding debt
• Credit Risk analysis for new clients
• Credit limit setting
• Reconciling of customer ledgers
• Assisting and upskilling the credit control team
• Cash allocation
• Manage Query Resolution process for customers

Experience Required:

• A number of years experience in Credit Control Management of in house and outsourced teams
• Have dealt with customers globally
• Advanced Excel
• Financial Services Industry experience is essential
