Tax Manager - Large Corporate Transaction Team (London & Other Locations)

Our client, a leading Transaction Advisory team, is seeking a talented Tax Manager to join their growing team in London (with opportunities in other locations as well). The team focuses on advising on the tax implications of Corporate M&A activities within Infrastructure, Real Assets, and Technologies. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging and rewarding advisory projects.

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide tax structuring advice and lead due diligence for both buy-side and sell-side transactions for major corporate and private equity clients.
  • Be a key member of the transaction team, presenting findings to clients and legal advisors, and managing relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with the wider Transactions Advisory teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring accurate and timely billing and fee collection.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest tax developments relevant to your assigned sectors.

What we're looking for:

  • Qualified Tax professional (ACA, CTA, or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of M&A transactions and relevant tax issues within Infrastructure, Real Assets, or Technology sectors (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A proactive and results-oriented team player with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
