Fitness Instructor – “Wellbeing and Fitness”

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team that is creating a healthier community for all to enjoy. The role of the Fitness Instructor is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the fitness facilities, and all fitness related equipment.
Role
- Responsible for all aspects of safe exercise, teaching, fitness programming as well as planning activity programs.
- Communicate effectively in the workplace including regular departmental meetings and participation in club meetings.
- Ensure that the facilities are maintained in compliance with health and safety legislation.
- To co-ordinate and implement motivational programs and extracurricular recreational activities.
- Support the delivery of the healthy community's strategy seeking opportunities to engage new communities driving the commercial and social values targets.
- To ensure that financial and budget targets are met.
- Oversee the fitness/ aerobic timetable ensuring the best instructors for members.
- Manage performance of all class instructor and ensure underperforming classes are review monthly.
