My clients a growing freight forwarder seeking an experienced FREIGHT CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK- must be fluent in either French or Italian based within the Mayfair area.

Duties would include:

Assisting with shipping documentation
Quoting clients
Liaising with other offices within the UK & Europe
Building relationship with clients
Handling any queries
General customer service and admin

Skills required:

Knowledge of import and export operations
Fluent in English and either French or Italian (written and verbal)
Experience using Boxtop - desirable
PC literate
5 year checkable history/ clean DBS check

Working hours:

Monday- Friday 0900-1800 (office based)
