SANZA Teaching Agency are on the hunt for a committed, passionate primary teacher to join their middle leadership team in the EYFS as the Early Years Phase Lead.

The school is a two-form entry, Church of England primary school. The school was rated Good during their 2022 Ofsted inspection.?

The school is conveniently located close to the Elizabeth Line (West Drayton) and has onsite parking.

The school is open to both fixed- term contract and permanent contract options.

ABOUT YOU

As an Early Years Phase Lead, you will…

  • Hold QTS
  • Have experience in both nursery and reception age groups
  • Lead by example, provide inspiration and motivation to your teams
  • Embody for the pupils, staff, governors and parents the vision, purpose and leadership of learning in EYFS
  • Model and disseminate high quality teaching pedagogy and practice in EYFS to secure consistently good or outstanding teaching and learning for our children
  • Articulate high quality in EYFS educational provision, the characteristics of effective Early Years settings, and strategies for raising standards and outcomes for EYFS children
  • Promote pupils' spiritual, moral, social and cultural development and good behaviour through effective management and leadership strategic leadership
  • Maintain an ethos and provide educational vision and direction which secures effective teaching and learning which leads to improved outcomes for children in Early Years
  • Be able to present a coherent and accurate account of the children's performance and other Early Years self-evaluation evidence to a range of audiences, including Governors, the Local Authority, the Local Community and Ofsted
