Key responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians to ensure adherence to treatment protocols and best practices
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to facilitate effective communication and coordination of care
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and implementing ABA interventions
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with others to achieve positive outcomes for clients
