A prestigious global law firm is seeking an experienced Billing Specialist for a 3-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC). This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all billing aspects for designated fee earners
- Resolve complex billing problems by providing billing analysis/adjustments.
- Maintain special fee and cost rate structures in accordance with the Firm policy
- Work closely with the E-Billing Specialist in raising E-bills and submitting them through the relevant sites.
- Manage Aged WIP by providing reports to Partners & Timekeepers.
Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Elite 3E is highly desirable
- Prior law firm experience essential.
- Working knowledge of the Solicitors' Accounts Rules.
- Extensive experience of handling a significant volume of front-end billing work.
Competencies:
- Excellent written, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Ability to interact and work well with others (Partners and Associates).
