Client Success Lead - Ad Tech - £70K-£75K base + 25% bonus (OTE up to £100K+)

The CompanyOur client is a leading advertising business using cutting-edge machine learning and AI to deliver brand-safe, cookieless targeting solutions. With over 600 people globally and rapid expansion across major markets, they are backed by significant investment and known for their innovative approach to digital advertising. Their UK operation is growing fast, and they are now hiring a senior client success leader to shape and scale their CS function.

The Job

  • Lead and develop the UK Client Success team (4-5 people across CSMs and ICs)

  • Build structure, strategy, and sales targets (upsell/cross-sell) within the function

  • Collaborate closely with the UK Country Manager and Ad Ops leadership

  • Act as a senior contact for key clients and drive strategic conversations

  • Own reporting, team performance, and process optimisation

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Product to improve service delivery

  • Responsible for client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth

You

  • 10+ years in client success, account management, or digital media leadership

  • Strong background in ad tech or programmatic environments

  • Experienced leading CS teams and driving commercial outcomes

  • Solid understanding of SSPs, DSPs, and the wider digital advertising ecosystem

  • Strategic mindset with strong stakeholder management and reporting capabilities

  • Collaborative, proactive, and confident building team culture and processes
