Based in Farringdon EC1 our client a high-end new concept music venue and cocktail bar is looking for a Cocktail Bartender.
The Cocktail Bartender will work for a late-night listening bar set to open in Farringdon in Spring 2024.
The operation will bring together the highest quality sound system, and in-depth musical programming that spans different genres and acts will take place daily.
The space will be open 6 days a week from 6.00PM to 12.00AM on weekdays and 2AM on weekends.
The ideal Cocktail Bartender’s salary is £35,000 per year and negotiable depending on experience, 45 hours per week and 2 days off.
A condensed menu of cocktails will be on offer and the ideal Cocktail Bartender will be responsible for the preparation and service of a creative, fresh and elaborated cocktails list.
The rest of the drink offering will consist of selections of wines, beers and sake. The food offering will consist of freshly made sushi handrolls.
In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, applicants must either be eligible to work.
