Concierge

Concierge - Full time - Days - Leading Property Business - Training provided - W8

Are you an existing Concierge or Porter seeking a new Concierge role with a leading company?

Are you looking to move your career into Concierge?

Are you professional, customer focused and looking to work with a leading employer?

Our leading property client are seeking a new full time (days) permanent employee to work from a prestige site in the Kensington area. Working along side the Concierge team, you will ensure the building remains presentable and provide visitors with excellent levels of customer service.

  • Immediate start available
  • Full time 38.5 hours per week
  • 2 days on 2 days off / alternative weekends
  • £24k to start increased to 25k on completion of probation
  • Guaranteed overtime if required
  • 28 days holiday per year

Duties include:

  • Cover Reception Desk / front desk calls
  • Manage Delivery
  • Assist with guest / residents enquires
  • Manage buildings records
  • Monitor CCTV systems
  • Site patrols
  • Oversee contractors

Experience needed:

  • Professional
  • Hospitality experience (desired, not a must)
  • Customer focused
  • Keen to learn and develop
  • Presentable and motivated
  • Immediate to start or reasonable notice
