Main Duties will include:
- First point of contact/Reception duties
- Handling and resolving queries from residents
- Supporting high calibre clientele
- Providing great customer service
- Key holding
- Taking in deliveries/parcels
- Keeping a diary of all works and visits
- To ensure Reception area is kept clean and tidy at all times
- To ensure all general telephone enquiries are dealt with
