Contract and Performance Manager – Water Efficiency Team

Location: Across London and the South of England

Salary: circa £43,000 per annum

Our client is a social and environmental regeneration charity with the mission to create stronger and more sustainable communities.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to provide the contractual leadership, performance management and financial expertise and support to their teams involved in the delivery of vital water efficiency work in partnership with water companies across London and the South of England.

The Role

The Contract and Performance Manager will support the efficient delivery of their award-winning programme delivery in the pursuit of domestic and business water efficiency, wastage fixes (low-level plumbing repairs) and customer engagement activity.

As a key member of the Water Efficiency Senior Management Team and supported by wider teams across the organisation, you will be responsible for ensuring all contractual requirements and programme targets are met, and supporting financial planning and monitoring, resources planning, effective client management and health, safety and wellbeing in the workplace and the field.

You will also play a key role in helping to shape their strategy to grow their programmes of water efficiency work, with support from their development staff and bidding teams.
