Corporate Legal PA

Prestigious Global law firm client is seeking a new Corporate Legal PA to join their London office, they are looking for someone with Corporate team experience and to be degree educated.

  • Salary to £46,500
  • Hybrid Working (3 days office / 2 days remote)
  • 9:30am – 5:30pm

Corporate Legal PA Key Responsibilities:

  • Support lawyers in marketing and Business Development activities
  • Enter new contact information onto the CRM system
  • Assist with BD pitches
  • Assist lawyers in the billing and credit control process
  • Manage diaries, ensuring they are up to date
  • Arrange meetings, book conference rooms, refreshments / catering
  • Arrange for travel bookings and related details, including travel itineraries and expenses
  • Drafting correspondence and documents

Corporate Legal PA Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 2 years+ Legal PA / Secretary experience, ideally gained within a Corporate Team.
  • Degree education is preferred
  • Highly skilled on all MS Office applications
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills
