Our client, an incredibly successful, fast-growing Business Consultancy, are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, personable candidate to join their expanding Customer Retentions operation. Based in an incredible Central London office (over 100 FTE) and working on a hybrid basis with great Monday - Friday hours, this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate(s)! Our client offer a Consultancy service to businesses looking to start/grow, offering amazing solutions/advice on a wide range of technical issues. They have grown extensively since their establishment over 10 years ago, and are based in a recently-refurbished, modern Central London location (complete with a Games room, chill-out area and plenty of dogs roaming the office!). As they place a lot of emphasis on offering an incredible service to their client base and ensuring the continued happiness of customers, they are looking for the right candidate to come and join them, acting as the first point of contact for their customers looking to cancel and turning the situation around. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include: - Handling inbound calls and emails from existing customers looking to cancel their subscription/membership- Asking open questions to understand any issues/worries, identifying the correct solution(s) to resolve the situation- Recording all customer information on company CRM- Offering an exceptional service to all clients- Exceeding Retention/Sales targetsIn order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following: - Educated to University degree level (or equivalent)- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Customer Retention capacity- Experience of working to/exceeding targets- Articulate, professional telephone manner- Incredible communication skills (both verbal and written)- Fun, sociable personality- Genuine desire to progress in a rapidly-growing company! In addition to a very competitive basic salary of £35,000, our client are also offering the following: - Additional bonuses every month (up to £15,000 annually) based on your performance against Retention/Sales targets- Hybrid-working model (3 days in the office / 2 days working from home)- Amazing working hours: Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 5.30pm- Incredible office (open-plan/sociable/games room/office dogs!)
