Job Title: Day Concierge

Salary: £27,000
Working Hours: 7:00am - 19:00pm
Working week: 4 on 4 off
Profile:
One of our main clients are seeking a Day Concierge to join their team as a permanent employee based in Soho. They are one of the largest Property Management companies offering plenty of opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Offer a warm and professional welcomes to all visitors and residential.
- Ensuring people are logged into the visitor book
- Overseeing the safe-keeping of the building keys to allow access for maintenance and repairs when needed
- Contributing to the maintenance of the building by reporting faults and damages
- Overseeing deliveries and signing for packages when required
- Dealing with the post systems
- Acting as a first point of contact
- Dealing with lost property and locating missing items
- Liase with the housekeeping, cleaning and groundskeeping staff to ensure that the safety and cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Building walks / checks
