Divisional Director – Main Contractor
Heritage, High End Refurbishment
Up to £130,000 + Package
My client are an established construction contractor who are currently recruiting for an Divisional Director to head up several of their branches throughout London. This role will be delivering circa £40million PA and will consist of listed and public building refurbishment, high end refurbishment and some construction works.
The Role;
Within this role, you will work along side a regional commercial manager ensuring P&L, budgets and deadlines are met and adhered too. You would be responsible for ensuring the level of service and quality is to the highest standard as well as cost control, creating CPP & programming of works and budgeting, Implementing strong H&S across the division. Your direct team will include contract managers, site managers, commercial teams & office staff. You will report directly in to the Managing Director who will support you in making division a success.
The Candidate;
The ideal candidate will have extensive building knowledge and experience managing high end and listed building refurbishments. Experience managing multiple teams, strategically planning projects and an ability to problem solve in complex situations. A good knowledge of up to date legislations, P&L and strong organisational skills are also desired.
Having an ability to create a strong working environment, where everyone is working as a team to achieve targets and goals on the contract, as well as being able to build strong relationships with the client and your team members.
